[sup-devel] [issue115] Ability to view inline attached images

Pain: When I receive an HTML email with attached images included inline in the 
message and open the sup-attachment-xxx.html attachment, the links to the images 
in the html file are broken. This makes it difficult to match up the image 
attachments with their location in the email.

Proposal: Save the attachments to some temporary directory such that the links in 
the html file work.
