You need to install your system's TokyoTyrant / TokyoCabinet libraries. The
OklahomaMixer gem is a ffi wrapper on those. Then it should work.

`make rubygem` and then `gem install ruby/pkg/*.gem` will do it, but installing the public gem should be sufficient.

I'm about to push some changes to Heliotrope that should make it easy to get
started with. I will announce here.
